They'll say on the phone that the food will be ready in 20 minutes, but you'll arrive there only to wait for another 10 or 15. They're so consistent with getting the times wrong, that I usually know precisely how long *after* they say the food will be ready to turn up.
In addition, perhaps because they are often busier than Coorparoo when I go there, the food is a bit lower quality, and less consistent. It's quite a large restaurant, with nice interior decor and lighting, and there's good separation between the tables. Perfect for social occasions with mid size groups. Overall the atmosphere is the strongest thing it has going for it.
