  I drove 2 hours to a store that told me on their website & over the phone that they had a certain part in stock that I desperately needed to fix my generator (2 x CDI modules) so my children could have a nice Christmas.
  So I placed an online order & paid for it.
  When I arrived to pick it up they firstly tried to tell me I had ordered the wrong thing without them even knowing what it's for, then they only had one of the two of the items I had paid for already, then just to top it off the item they did have was smashed & broken.
  I was told that when rest of the items arrive at the store I'll be notified, that was more than a month ago now.

  Bought a light bulb for car. Got the wrong one obviously!! The pregnant lady who sold it was short and gave really average advice about what I needed. Appreciate the commitment but probably time for some maternity leave.
  The other people were nice enough.

  Been using REPCO for decades and have only ever had an issue with the Albion store, some staff seem to not care or have no idea what they are doing. Gave them a few chances as everyone has a bad day but on particular staff member is always that way it seems. Given that Bursons is 100 metres up the road, they are my go too now
